Meetings

• Schedule meetings using a simple form or leverage AI for natural language input. For example, type “Schedule a meeting for tomorrow after 10 PM,” and the AI will generate a preview for confirmation.

• Meetings can also be created with just a title and description, leaving other details optional. These are marked as unplanned or drafts and can be updated later.

• Use filters to manage meetings effectively:

• Search Filter: Search meetings by title or description using Supabase’s search feature.

• Time Filter: Filter meetings by today, this week, or this month for better organization.

• View meetings as cards and update details, such as adding a link or time, using quick-edit modals for specific fields.

Invitations

• Only the organizer can send invitations to participants through a shareable link (email invitations are planned for the future).

• Participants can accept or decline invitations. Accepted meetings are added to their meetings page automatically.

• A dedicated UI allows organizers to manage invitations, track who has accepted or declined, and reinvite participants who declined.

• If a participant accesses a meeting directly via a link, they can preview the meeting with limited details and accept it to gain full access.

Topics/Agendas

• Add topics or agendas for meetings to structure discussions effectively.

• Participants can collaborate by adding or updating agendas, ensuring a clear and organized flow for the meeting.

Comments

• Each agenda includes a dedicated section for comments, allowing participants to engage in detailed discussions.

• Comments support real-time collaboration, ensuring everyone stays aligned and involved.

Meeting Summaries (Future)

• AI-powered meeting summaries will automatically generate key takeaways and action points after a meeting ends.

• Summaries can be shared with all participants, helping everyone stay informed and aligned. This feature is under development.
