He works on the architecture himself rather than handing it on, so the person who told you what something would cost is the person who then has to build it. If anything goes wrong on your project, he is who you talk to — there is nobody else to be passed to.

Usman builds the AI side: the phone, chat and email agents, and the systems that decide when an agent should answer and when it should hand over to a person. He is completing an M.S. in AI, which mostly shows up as a refusal to ship something that demos well and falls over on real traffic.

Superpower: Turns research into something that runs

Aurangzaib works on the part nobody sees: the Python services, the scraping, and the data pipelines that feed everything else. When a platform has to pull from somewhere messy and present it as though it were clean, that is the work he does.

Superpower: Builds the half you never look at

Usama builds the interfaces, and he is the reason the designs survive contact with a browser. Also finishing an M.S. in AI. If something on your site moves, responds or holds state, he wrote the logic underneath it.

Superpower: Makes the design behave

Hassnain does the product research and the interface design, which means he is usually the first person to look at your problem and the one who argues with the engineers about whether the easy version is good enough. He designs the thing before anyone commits to building it, which is the cheapest point to change your mind.

Superpower: Argues for the harder version

Adeel checks the time logs before they become an invoice. He reviews the tracked activity for every hour we bill, so what reaches you has already been read by somebody whose job is to question it. He also makes sure the team is paid on time, which is less visible to you and matters just as much.
